LinkData ultra-high-power 6,000mAh 21700 lithium-ion cell

6,000mAh capacity. Up to 60A continuous discharge.

The LinkData INR21700S-60P combines unusually high 21700 capacity with extremely high discharge capability.

LinkData specifies 6,000mAh typical capacity, 3.6V nominal voltage, and a maximum continuous discharge condition of 60A with an 80°C cell-temperature cutoff. Maximum pulse discharge is specified at 110A for 10 seconds at 25±2°C and 50% state of charge.

That combination makes the 60P an attractive platform for professionally engineered high-performance e-bike, electric mobility, robotics, power-tool, industrial and custom lithium-ion battery systems that need both energy and high current.

6,000mAh typical • 60A temperature-controlled continuous • 110A 10-sec pulse • 3.6V nominal • Flat top / unprotected

High capacity meets serious power.

Traditional high-capacity 21700 cells frequently sacrifice discharge capability to maximize energy density.

The LinkData INR21700S-60P is designed to provide both.

6,000mAh capacity

LinkData specifies 6,000mAh typical capacity and 5,880mAh minimum capacity.

60A continuous discharge condition

The manufacturer specifies a maximum continuous discharge current of 60A when used with an 80°C cell-surface temperature cutoff and the specified thermal recovery conditions.

110A pulse capability

Maximum pulse discharge is specified at 110A for 10 seconds at 25±2°C and approximately 50% SOC.

Ultra-low AC resistance

Manufacturer specification lists AC internal resistance below 4.5mΩ, supporting high-current operation and reduced resistive losses.

6A standard charging

Standard charging is specified at 6A CC-CV to 4.20V with a 120mA cutoff.

ULS battery integration support

United Lithium Solutions can supply cells plus custom battery tabs, insulation, connectors, BMS systems and professionally engineered battery packs.

CYCLE-LIFE PERFORMANCE

Reference published performance:

6A charge / 6A discharge: approximately 1,000 cycles with ≥80% capacity retention under the referenced test conditions.

6A charge / 20A discharge: approximately 600 cycles with ≥60% capacity retention under the referenced test conditions.

Cycle life in finished battery systems varies substantially with operating voltage range, depth of discharge, discharge current, charge current, cell temperature, pack cooling, cell matching and BMS strategy.

THE 60A RATING — IMPORTANT

The INR21700S-60P should not be treated as an unrestricted 60A cell under every operating condition.

LinkData specifies the 60A maximum continuous-discharge condition with an 80°C cell-surface temperature cutoff.

Battery packs designed around this operating point require proper:

• Cell-temperature monitoring
• Thermal management
• BMS current protection
• Interconnect sizing
• Cell spacing
• Pack-level fusing
• Wire and connector sizing

Designers should establish lower operating limits when the finished pack cannot reliably monitor and control cell temperature.

BEST APPLICATIONS

• High-performance e-bike battery packs
• Electric motorcycles and light EV systems
• Robotics
• Power tools
• Industrial battery systems
• High-current mobility systems
• UAV and unmanned systems
• High-performance custom battery packs
• OEM battery assemblies
• Applications requiring both capacity and high discharge capability

IS THE LINKDATA 60P RIGHT FOR YOUR BUILD?

Strong fit for:

• High-current battery packs
• Applications that still need approximately 6Ah per cell
• High-performance electric mobility
• Designs with robust BMS and temperature monitoring
• Commercial/OEM battery systems
• Packs needing fewer parallel cells to achieve high current

Review your design carefully when:

• Your battery does not monitor cell temperature
• Cell cooling is limited
• Interconnects cannot safely support high current
• The application operates continuously near maximum current
• Your BMS, wiring or connectors become the limiting component

Maximum cell capability does not mean the finished battery pack can safely deliver the same current.

IMPORTANT LITHIUM-ION CELL SAFETY

This is an unprotected industrial lithium-ion cell, not a finished consumer battery.

Use only in professionally engineered battery assemblies with appropriate:

• BMS/protection circuitry
• Cell-level or pack-level over-current protection
• Temperature monitoring
• Electrical insulation
• Properly sized interconnects
• Adequate thermal management

Never carry or store loose cells where conductive objects can contact both terminals.

Never use cells with torn wraps, dents, corrosion, leakage or abnormal heating.

Do not exceed manufacturer voltage, current or temperature specifications.

Not intended for vaping or e-cigarette use.
