SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: January 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with United Lithium and is intended for bulk lithium battery cell transactions only. Due to the regulated and specialized nature of lithium battery cells, shipping procedures, timelines, and requirements differ significantly from standard consumer goods.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

United Lithium primarily supplies lithium battery cells for commercial, industrial, and OEM applications.

  • A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to most products

  • Typical MOQ begins at approximately 250 cells, unless otherwise specified

  • MOQs vary by cell format, chemistry, and model (e.g., 18650, 21700, 46-series)

MOQ requirements will be clearly communicated in your quotation. In limited cases, MOQs may be adjusted at United Lithium’s discretion based on availability, logistics, or existing inventory.

2. Shipping Origin

Shipment origin varies by order and depends on product availability, quantity, and sourcing strategy.

Orders may ship from:

  • Overseas manufacturing partners

  • United Lithium’s domestic service and logistics facility

  • A combination of both

In most cases, bulk orders ship directly from overseas suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and access to the latest production batches. Final shipping origin will be specified in your quotation.

3. Shipping Methods

United Lithium supports multiple shipping methods depending on order size, destination, and urgency:

  • Air freight

  • Ocean freight

  • Domestic ground freight (bulk / palletized shipments)

  • Courier services (rare, limited to small bulk shipments only)

Shipping method selection is typically:

  • Recommended by United Lithium based on cost, transit time, and reliability

  • Confirmed and finalized within the quotation

  • Provided as a turnkey, door-to-door solution in most cases

While air freight is faster, ocean freight is often significantly more cost-effective. United Lithium regularly coordinates overseas shipments and may recommend ocean freight when timelines and budgets allow.

4. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise stated in writing, United Lithium primarily ships using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

Under DDP terms:

  • Shipping, customs clearance, and import duties are included as quoted

  • Orders are delivered door-to-door with minimal customer involvement

  • This structure is used to reduce tariff exposure and simplify logistics

In rare cases, alternate shipping terms may apply and will be clearly stated in your quotation.

5. Hazardous Materials & Regulatory Compliance

Lithium battery cells are classified as regulated hazardous materials under international and domestic transport regulations.

As such:

  • Specialized packaging may be required

  • Regulatory documentation may be necessary

  • Carrier approvals may apply

While United Lithium has over a decade of experience managing lithium battery logistics and actively works to minimize delays, shipping timelines may be impacted by:

  • Carrier policies

  • Regulatory inspections

  • Customs or transportation authority requirements

Such delays are outside of United Lithium’s direct control.

6. Delivery Address & Receiving Requirements

For bulk shipments, commercial delivery addresses are strongly recommended.

United Lithium operates a primary logistics and service location at:

6585 South Arville Street
Las Vegas, Nevada 89118
United States

This facility supports:

  • Commercial freight receiving

  • Dock access

  • Forklift handling

  • Appointment deliveries when required

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring access for freight vehicles

  • Coordinating appointment delivery when applicable

7. Incorrect Address, Refused, or Missed Deliveries

If a shipment is delayed, rerouted, refused, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Missed delivery appointments

  • Refusal of delivery

Any additional fees, storage charges, redelivery costs, or carrier penalties will be the responsibility of the customer.

In some cases, fees may be waived at United Lithium’s discretion if the issue is identified and corrected promptly.

8. Risk of Loss & Damage Claims

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Customers must:

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery

  • Report visible or concealed damage within 72 hours of receipt

  • Provide photographic evidence and shipment details

Failure to report damage within this window may result in denial of claims.

9. Partial Shipments

Partial shipments may occur when:

  • Inventory is sourced from multiple locations

  • Production or logistics require staged fulfillment

Partial shipments will only occur with customer acknowledgment or agreement, and shipment details will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

10. International Shipments (Canada & Mexico)

United Lithium currently supports international shipments to:

  • Canada

  • Mexico

While United Lithium may assist with logistics coordination and broker introductions, international customs clearance and final import approval cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to destination country regulations.

11. Shipping Timeline Disclaimer

All shipping timelines provided are estimates only. Transit times may vary due to:

  • Carrier capacity

  • Weather conditions

  • Regulatory inspections

  • Global logistics disruptions

United Lithium is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.
