RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Last Updated: January 2026
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through United Lithium and is intended exclusively for bulk lithium battery cell orders supplied for commercial, industrial, and OEM use.
Due to the regulated, hazardous, and sensitive nature of lithium battery cells, returns and refunds are strictly limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. General Returns Policy

Customer ordering errors
-
Changes in project scope or requirements
-
Compatibility or application mismatch
-
Buyer preference or over-ordering
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defect Claims
United Lithium will review defect claims for lithium battery cells that are dead on arrival (DOA) or exhibit verified manufacturing defects.

Claims submitted after this window may be denied.
Required Evidence
To be eligible for review, defect claims must include:
-
Clear photos of the original packaging
-
Photos of shipping labels and identifying markings
United Lithium reserves the right to request additional information if necessary to evaluate the claim.

-
Discharged
-
Spot-welded or welded
-

-
Physically altered in any way
-

-
Replacement cells
-
Refund (rare and discretionary)
Cash refunds are excluded by default and will only be issued when explicitly approved by United Lithium on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
-
Returned items must be shipped in original packaging
-
Hazardous material shipping requirements must be followed when applicable
Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the outcome of the claim and will be determined by United Lithium.

No returns are accepted for international orders, including shipments to Canada and Mexico.
Approved defect claims for international orders, if any, will be resolved without physical return of goods and at United Lithium’s discretion.

Restocking fees are assessed to cover:
-

Restocking fees, if applicable, will be communicated prior to authorization.
