How our mail-in battery program works

Find a listed service or request a review. If your model isn't listed, send us photos and symptoms before ordering or shipping.
Confirm service and shipping arrangements. We review your battery details and explain the next steps, including packaging and shipping instructions.
Send your original battery. Include your contact details and order or service reference.
Inspection and approval. We assess whether repair or rebuilding is suitable. For unlisted models, the scope and price are confirmed before repair work begins.
Rebuilding, testing, and return. Approved work is completed, the battery is tested, and return shipment is arranged after successful testing.

These are services for your existing battery. Cell replacement does not resolve every charger, connector, or circuit-board fault. Original components are reused only when suitable. Not every battery can be rebuilt. Contact us before shipping a swollen, leaking, overheated, or physically damaged battery.
