Before you order: confirm system compatibility

This battery is not presented as a universal drop-in replacement. Confirm the equipment voltage, continuous and surge current, charger profile, communication requirements, physical fit, terminal layout, cable sizing, over-current protection, and series/parallel configuration before installation.

Need selection help? Call 877-742-8136 or email sales@unitedlithium.us with the equipment model, existing battery label, charger information, and required operating voltage.

Why choose this FlexiBlock model?

UltraSeal IP67 protection

A sealed enclosure helps protect the battery from dust and water exposure in demanding mobile and industrial environments.

Intelligent BMS protection

Integrated monitoring and protection functions support stable operation against conditions such as over-current, short circuit, voltage, and temperature events.

Cold-weather support

The stocked configuration is identified as self-heating. The heating system assists low-temperature charging according to the operating instructions.

Flexible system design

Matched batteries can support series or parallel systems when the required TWS accessories, wiring, protection, and application approval are used.

App and communication access

Current TWS documentation lists CAN / CANOpen / BLE communication. Use the MyTWS app to access supported battery information and diagnostics.

Pro control interface

The Pro model adds an integrated LCD display for at-a-glance status information.

Best-fit applications

  • 24V material-handling and motive equipment
  • AGVs and mobile industrial systems
  • Commercial cleaning equipment
  • Selected 24V stationary and backup-power systems

RV, marine, solar, golf-cart, starter, and specific equipment claims require a compatibility review before being advertised or approved.

Scalable battery systems

Up to 76.8V nominal when three matched batteries are connected in series or up to eight matched units may be used in parallel where approved.

Multi-battery systems require the correct TWS controllers, communication cables, busbars or power cables, insulating sleeves, fusing, disconnects, and equal-length wiring. Contact ULS before ordering a multi-battery bank.

Frequently asked questions

Does this battery include self-heating?

The inbound pallet information identifies the stocked batteries as self-heating. The heating function assists low-temperature charging according to TWS operating instructions. Confirm the exact label and model before fulfillment.

Can I monitor the battery from a phone?

Current TWS documentation lists BLE communication and the MyTWS app. Supported information can include operating data, battery status, diagnostics, events, and other functions. App features may vary by model and permissions.

Can I connect multiple batteries?

TWS documentation lists a maximum of three matched units in series or eight in parallel. Use only approved accessories and an engineered wiring/protection plan. Contact ULS before ordering or installing a multi-battery system.

What charger should I use?

Use a charger with a LiFePO4 profile that matches the battery's required voltage and current limits. Confirm the charger model, charge profile, communication needs, and low-temperature behavior before use.

Is this a universal RV, marine, solar, golf-cart, or starter battery?

No universal compatibility is claimed. Those applications may be possible only when system voltage, current, charger profile, physical fit, communication, external protection, and warranty eligibility are confirmed.

What warranty applies?

Warranty support is coordinated through United Lithium Solutions under the published TWS/ULS warranty terms. Replace the warranty link above with the final approved document before publishing a duration or capacity-retention claim.

Installation and safety: Installation should be completed by qualified personnel. Use appropriate cable gauge, torque, insulation, over-current protection, disconnects, and protective equipment. Do not use a damaged, leaking, swollen, overheated, or improperly stored battery.
