Samsung SDI high-power 21700 cell
The Samsung INR21700-50S combines 5,000mAh typical capacity with a manufacturer-rated 25A maximum continuous discharge current. It is a strong platform for professionally engineered e-bike, mobility, power-tool, robotics and custom battery packs that need both energy and current capability.
The 50S occupies a useful middle ground: 21700-class capacity for range, plus substantially more current capability than a range-focused energy cell such as the Samsung 35E.

Important current-rating distinction: 25A is Samsung's maximum continuous-discharge value without a temperature cut-off. The 45A condition requires an 80°C cell-surface temperature cut-off and controlled re-discharge behavior. It should not be advertised as an unrestricted 45A rating.
Pack designers are responsible for protection, cell spacing, fusing, BMS settings and thermal management. Ratings do not guarantee identical behavior in every finished pack.

Use only in a professionally engineered battery pack with a compatible BMS or protection circuit, current protection, adequate insulation and thermal management. Never carry or store loose cells where metal objects can short the terminals. Do not use a cell with a damaged wrap, dent, leak, corrosion or abnormal heat. Do not exceed manufacturer ratings.
