The 13A value is not a continuous-current rating and should not be treated as one. Cell specifications can vary by approved revision and manufacturing lot. The battery pack designer is responsible for appropriate protection, thermal management, spacing, fusing and BMS settings.

This is an unprotected industrial cell, not a finished consumer battery.
Use only in a properly engineered battery pack with a compatible BMS or protection circuit, adequate insulation, current protection and thermal management. Never carry or store loose cells where metal objects can short the terminals. Do not use a cell with a damaged wrap, dent, leak, corrosion or abnormal heat. Do not exceed manufacturer ratings.
